How to use: Take the paper around to friends and neighbors to see if they will donate to the OCAO. When someone donates for a certain box mark that box off as done. When the whole page is marked off, reach out to the OCAO and we can set up a time at the office. Or you can mail the completed page, to the OCAO offices. (Make sure you send a check and not cash)
Everyone will receive a Thank You gift for returning this paper filled up with all the boxes marked off with a check or the money dropped off at the office.
